His work has ranged from working 1-2-1 with the HRD and CFO of a start-up to helping the European Marketing leadership of a global drinks company achieve improved levels of performance through his deep facilitation skills. His passion lies in aligning people and strategic goals as a vehicle for bringing about positive business outcomes both internally and externally and enabling leaders to make a positive difference to those around them.
